Preds jump out to 3-0 and 4-1 leads, still lose to Leafs…

Preds preview blog pic

In one of the worst displays of discipline you’ll ever see, the Nashville Predators jumped out to 3-0 and 4-1 leads but still lost 5-4 to the Toronto Maple Leafs after taking six consecutive penalties in the second period. Toronto set a franchise record (and you know how long they’ve been around) for power play goals in a period with four, all coming in the second period.

There. That’s my blog tonight. Sorry it’s only a paragraph but that’s all that game deserves.

Goodnight.

I think Atlanta owns the distinction for PPGA against the Leafs at 7, but we likely set a single-period record.
