Taylor Hall and Tyler Seguin, the first and second overall picks in this past June’s NHL Draft, respectively, were the Ontario Hockey League’s leading scorers last year.
The guy the Nashville Predators took at 70th overall in 2009 was tied for fourth.
Taylor Beck, who tallied 93 points with the Guelph Storm last year, signed a three-year entry level contract with Nashville today.
Beck, 19, won the 2010 Jim Mahon Memorial Trophy as the OHL’s top scoring right winger, was named a Second Team All-Star and was a nominee for the league’s most outstanding player.
