Coach Trotz: “We’re still trying to add a piece or two…”

Nashville Predators Head Coach Barry Trotz spoke to the media for about 10 minutes after morning skate and, as most media outlets are reporting, he suggested that the Preds are not done dealing.

“I know that we’re still trying to add a piece or two, if it’s the right piece,” he said. “If it doesn’t happen, we’re fine going forward.”

He then dropped this little nugget: “We know that we’re adding. I don’t know how it’s going to end up, there may be a blockbuster trade, but, at the end of the day, I’m going to bet highly that we’re going to get one of the best skilled players that are available out there.”

Buckle up, Preds fans.
