We’re just 20 minutes away and the Nashville Predators still have EIGHT selections in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. The first round takes place tonight and then rounds two through seven take place tomorrow, both at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota. While they don’t have a first round pick, you can look for the Preds to be choosing a piece to their future in the following spots:

Round 3 / 82 overall TRADED TO THE LOS ANGELES KINGS FOR THE #170 PICK AND A 2012 PICK
Round 4 / 94 overall || Josh Shalla || LW || Saginaw Spirit (OHL)
Round 4 / 112 overall || Garrett Noonan || D || Boston University (Hockey East)
Round 5 / 142 overall || Simon Karlsson || D || Swedish Junior
Round 6 / 170 overall || Chase Balisy || F ||Western Michigan
Round 6 / 172 overall TRADED TO THE NEW YORK RANGERS FOR A 6th ROUND PICK IN 2012
Round 7 / 202 overall || Brent Andrews || LW || Halifax Mooseheads (QMJHL)
