The Milwuakee Admirals, the Nashville Predators’ AHL-affiliate, generated just enough offense to get defenseman Roman Josi a point on Sunday night.
The Ads scored just a single goal in their 2-1 loss at the hands of the Texas Stars but with his assist on Jonathan Blum‘s ninth goal of the season, Josi extended his point scoring streak to an impressive 13 games.
In that stretch, the 20-year old Bern, Switzerland native has tallied five goals and collected nine helpers. January 15 was the last time Josi’s name did not appear in a box score.
In addition to the point streak, he also has an eight-game assist streak going.
Josi will try to extend both streaks when the Admirals skate at Houston on Tuesday night.
