PRESS RELEASE: Preds to roll out the gold carpet Thursday night

NASHVILLE PREDATORS ROLL OUT THE GOLD CARPET ON OPENING NIGHT

– Highlights from opening weekend include players walking down the gold carpet, plaza parties and giveaways courtesy of Nissan and O’Charley’s –

 

Nashville, Tenn. (October 10, 2011) – The Nashville Predators kick off their home season this Thursday, Oct. 13 when they take on the Phoenix Coyotes (7 p.m. on SportSouth – Comcast channel 284 HD, 102.5 The Game) at Bridgestone Arena. The fun begins Thursday at 4 p.m. when all Nashville Predators players, coaches and broadcasters walk the gold carpet with select season ticketholders. After the carpet walk, a plaza party begins, boasting a live band, drumline, snow blowers, concessions, inflatable games, photo opportunities, appearances by GNASH and the Preds dancers, on-site visits from 102.5 The Game, 102.9 The Buzz and 107.5 The River and more. Those in attendance at that evening’s game will receive a free opening night t-shirt courtesy of Nissan.

Saturday, Oct. 15 before the Preds face off against the New Jersey Devils (7 p.m. on 102.5 The Game), another great Smashville plaza party kicks off at 4:30 p.m. with live music, chalk art, snow blowers, street hockey, appearances by GNASH and the Preds dancers, photo opportunities and much more. Those in attendance at Saturday’s game will receive a free magnetic calendar courtesy of O’Charley’s.
